Circular Web Services was founded in 2006 by Matt McGuinness. Matt brings six years of experience in web design, networking, and pc repair. After working as a freelance designer for several years, Matt took the feedback of his customers and applied them to the principals that make up the company's design philosophy:

In 2007 two new members to the team were added. Mark Marousek, who brings extensive graphic art & html experience, was brought in to keep up the the increasing workload. Jon Frankel joined the team in a sales & marketing role, along with expertise in film & video production.
